Apostle Dr. Vincent Oghenekparobo Aduara Strong is the Founder and Chancellor of Prevailing Faith University and a respected apostolic leader, educator, author, and international conference speaker with more than three decades of faithful ministry. Throughout his years of service, he has remained committed to raising Kingdom leaders, equipping believers, and advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through biblical education, leadership development, and global missions.

He is the Founder of Prevailing Faith Global Ministries Worldwide, Senior Pastor of Manifest House International, and President of the Communion of Ministers Network, an apostolic fellowship serving more than 420 independent ministers across multiple nations. Through these ministries, Apostle Strong has devoted his life to mentoring pastors, strengthening churches, and building leaders who impact their communities and the nations for Christ.

As Chancellor of Prevailing Faith University and Director of the Prevailing Faith Bible Institute of Leadership, Apostle Strong provides spiritual oversight and academic vision for the university. His passion is to prepare students who are spiritually mature, biblically grounded, and equipped with the leadership skills necessary to fulfill God's calling and influence every sphere of society with excellence and integrity.

A lifelong student of leadership and ministry, Apostle Strong has pursued advanced academic studies that reflect his commitment to Christian education. His qualifications include:

Licensed to preach the Gospel by Calvary Ministries International in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Apostle Strong ministers in the fullness of the five-fold ministry. His ministry is recognized for sound biblical teaching, apostolic leadership, prophetic insight, and a steadfast commitment to raising believers who walk in spiritual maturity, purpose, holiness, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Throughout his ministry, Apostle Strong has spoken at conferences, leadership summits, missionary outreaches, university programs, and church planting initiatives across Africa, North America, South America, Europe, and the Caribbean. His vision continues to inspire pastors, ministry leaders, and emerging voices who seek to make a lasting Kingdom impact.

Under his leadership, what began in 1999 as a Workers' Training Program has grown into Prevailing Faith University—an international institution dedicated to equipping men and women for effective Christian ministry, leadership, and global service. His vision remains centered on raising Kingdom Eagles who will faithfully proclaim the Gospel and transform lives around the world.

In addition to his leadership roles, Apostle Strong is an accomplished author whose publications continue to encourage, equip, and strengthen believers worldwide. From his ministry headquarters in Florida, he continues to provide apostolic oversight, mentor leaders, and expand the reach of the Gospel across the nations.

Registrar
Prevailing Faith University

Minister Melinda Szollosi serves as the Registrar of Prevailing Faith University, where she is committed to supporting students with excellence, integrity, and a genuine passion for Christian education. She works closely with students throughout their academic journey, helping to ensure a welcoming, organized, and Christ-centered educational experience.

A faithful member of Vincent Strong Ministries for more than six years, Minister Melinda has faithfully served alongside Apostle Dr. Vincent Strong as his Executive Administrator for the past three years. In this role, she provides administrative leadership, coordinates ministry initiatives and events, oversees communications, and assists in the daily operations of both the ministry and the university. Her dedication, professionalism, and servant's heart have made her an integral part of the leadership team.

Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Minister Melinda is actively involved in ministry and serves as the host of her own broadcast under the apostolic covering of Apostle Dr. Vincent Strong, where she ministers biblical truth, encourages believers, and shares the message of God's transforming power with audiences around the world.

As Registrar, her passion is to help students grow academically, spiritually, and personally as they prepare for effective Kingdom leadership. She considers it a privilege to serve the Prevailing Faith University community with compassion, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God.
